I’ve spent over 15 years in the fitness industry as a personal trainer, gym owner, and coach to other trainers.
I’ve run my own studios in Christchurch and Australia, managed national gym chains, and worked with hundreds of people to build strength safely and sustainably.
Today, I work with a small number of clients locally in Brighton, focusing on quality coaching, consistency, and long-term results — not quick fixes.
